Current data collection
Sandustry Answers has no accounts, comments or newsletter. It can serve advertising and measure traffic, but every third-party script is held back until you accept them in the consent bar. Decline, and none of them load; the answers, evidence cards and sources are unaffected either way.
Your decision is stored in your own browser under the key sandustry-answers-consent. Clearing site data resets it, and the privacy settings button reopens the choice at any time.
Advertising
After you accept, advertising may be served by Adsterra. Ad networks set their own cookies or similar identifiers to select and measure ads, governed by their policies rather than this one. Google AdSense is not serving ads on this site; the only Google advertising marker present is the site-ownership record used to verify who runs the domain.
Analytics
If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the tag loads only after you accept, with IP anonymisation on. Declining removes the analytics cookies this site can reach.
Hosting and server logs
The hosting service may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser details and timestamps for delivery, security and reliability. Sandustry Answers does not build visitor profiles from those logs.
External sources and email
Source links lead to third-party sites with their own privacy terms. If you email a correction, the message and address you provide are used to evaluate and respond to that correction. Do not send save files, account credentials or other sensitive information.

This page is updated before any new data-collecting feature is added, and it records the networks currently in use above.
